Starting in 1979, Juan Carlos Vargas Sr. created VSI in his 100-square-foot garage. Through word of mouth, the demand for his product grew, and in 1991, the business moved to its current location, 2927 Beechwood.
Juan Carlos has been in the business for over 43 years. Over this time, the company has grown tremendously, and it continues to grow. Carlos dedicates his time to renovating the homes of southern California by building the custom build of our patron’s dreams. His goal is to continue making those dreams a reality.
